Most everyone has their favorite place to eat and are also always looking for a new place to try.
Chinese, Mexican, Local, and the well known places are all in Kapolei.
The best Chinese that I have had on Oahu is in Kapolei, The Kapolei Chinese Restaurant located at 525 Farrington Highway #101, Kapolei, HI 96707.

They have a good menu, fast service and are friendly. I get the Cashew Chicken and it is great! Other good times are the Chicken with Ginger & Green Onions, I also recommend the spring rolls and Won Tons as well as the Hot and Sour Soup.
They have 193 items on the menu so you are sure to find something that you like.
Don’t get this confused with the one across the street, Ho Ho Chinese Cuisine, as it is not nearly as good. Those are my thoughts on the Chinese in Kapolei
