Smoke Alarms

Smoke alarms are of vital importance in any homes.

Installing them in the correct place can prevent false or nuisance alarms.

False or nuisance alarms can cause tenants to remove them and that is never a good idea.

We check smoke alarms every 6 months and send tenants reminders to check batteries as well. We sometimes do out semi annual walk through adn find. some alarms not hooked up. The common reason is they kept going off. This is called a False or a nuisance alarm and is a danger to an occupant.

If you smoke alarm keeps going off please contact your property manager so it can be fixed or replaced.
