February’s job report and it may move the market slightly but overall the expectation is that the job market will remain resilient which will cause the Federal Reserve to maintain their tightening stance on rates.
Rates have stabilized a bit this week, however, the trend continues to be moving higher. #rentals #Propertymanagment #interestrates Rates are from American Savings Bank based on a primary residence single family home with 20% down for a buyer with credit scores of 780 or higher. ARM rates are still a very attractive options with the 10 year ARM offering a longer timeframe of a fixed payment which has no prepayment penalty and allow borrowers to refinance in the future when rates move lower.
